What You'll Do - Provide interventional radiology services including IR procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, biopsies, drains, and abscess drainage
- Handle stroke CTs, emergency imaging, and support ICU/ED cases
- Cover hospital IR needs, including contrast-enhanced CTs and MRIs in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Perform diagnostic exams: CTs, ultrasounds, X-rays, and fluoroscopy
- Collaborate with radiology nurses and techs to ensure smooth workflow
- Support hospital coverage during scheduled shifts and possibly beyond
What You Need - Valid California medical license and active board certification in Radiology
- 2+ years of IR experience, specifically in acute care settings
- Procedural skills including biopsies, IR procedures, and stroke imaging
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR or similar systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
