Shift Details:

- July: 29-31
- 24hr Call (8a - 8a): July 5; August 1-2, 15-19; October 10-11, 24-27; November 16-18, 21-22, 28-29; December 12-13
- Schedule Details: 8a - 5p (with 1 hour lunch) + Night Beeper Call 5p - 8a, 24hr Call (8a - 8a)
- Procedures Required: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
- Procedures Preferred: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy
- Patient Population/Case Load: 20 patients per day in clinic; Surgeries (OR): 3-4 per week

- License: An active Arizona state license or an IMLC membership is required.
