Ophthalmology Opportunity No Call + High Volume + 6 Weeks PTO
- Established eye care team in Minnesota seeking a full-time surgical Ophthalmologist to join a collaborative group of ophthalmologists and optometrists. This is an excellent opportunity to build a high-volume practice with strong support and no call requirements.
Position Highlights:
- Monday Friday schedule with no call
- Flexibility to build a high-volume surgical practice
- Join a team including ophthalmologists (one neuro-ophthalmologist) and optometrists
- Broad scope of care including cataracts (toric & multifocal), glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye care, and corneal disease
- Advanced diagnostics and technology: OCT, visual field testing, IOL master, corneal topography, lasers (Argon/SLT), and more
- Opportunity to incorporate oculoplastics/cosmetic procedures if desired
- Established clinic with strong ancillary and optical support
- EPIC EMR
Qualifications:
- MD/DO with completion of accredited Ophthalmology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Eligible for Minnesota licensure and DEA
Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary Range: $450,000 - $475,000 a year
