What You'll Do
- Lead the installation of commercial HVAC systems safely and efficiently.
- Install a variety of HVAC equipment, including:
- Mini-split systems
- Split systems
- Packaged units
- Packaged rooftop units (RTUs)
- Read and interpret installation plans and specifications.
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards and local codes.
- Work closely with project managers, technicians, and customers.
- Assist with commercial new construction projects between installation jobs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Mentor and support team members while promoting a positive work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience installing commercial HVAC systems.
- Ability to lead projects and work independently.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and installation drawings.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.
