Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Coverage Needed

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: 24 hour pager call for 5-7 day stretch minimum
  • ED GYN (very low volume 1-2/month), and some clinic as needed
  • Clinic Hours - Flexible but will most likely be 0830 - 1600
  • Clinics are weekdays only (when needed)
• Coverage Type: Full-time
• 10+ consecutive shifts per block preferred but will review 5-7 consecutive

Clinical Details

• Clinic & Hospital Call
• Full Scope OB/GYN
• Low volume with rare call back
• EMR: EPIC
• 10-bed LDRP Unit with a 2-bed newborn nursery
• Annual Delivery Rate: Approx. 360 deliveries (around 30 per month and that number is dropping)
• NICU Level 1
• Clinic Volume Per Day: 15-18, would increase if physicians want a higher volume of OB patients (on the back end of the pregnancies)
• Provider will be expected to do deliveries during clinic hours

Requirements

• Board Certified in OB/GYN
• OR license, Active IMLC, or Licensing candidates accepted
• DEA and CSR
• BLS certification
• Proof of COVID vaccine
• Clean Malpractice/Background
• Self-Query NPDB Report pulled within 30 days
• Local candidates highly preferred
• Provider must be able to cover at least 5-7 consecutive shifts per month
