Job description

Locums - A well respected hospital is seeking a Cardiac Surgeon to assist with call coverage in northwestern Pennsylvania.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiac Surgeon
  • Start ASAP for ongoing sporadic need
  • 24-hour (8a-8a) and overnight (5p-8a) call coverage; no clinic
  • Must be comfortable with emergency cardiac cases, ECMO and tamponade management
  • Cases include CABG, valve procedures, TAVR, aneurysm repair, Mitraclip, and PFO closure
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience required
  • EMR Cerner
  • Active PA license, DEA, ACLS, BLS, recent case logs required
  • Competitive rate, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
