Job description

Vanderbilt Health is expanding its Community Radiology Section, and we are seeking a full-time remote diagnostic radiologist with Neuroradiology fellowship training to join our dynamic and growing regional hospital practice. In this role, you'll support the healthcare networks of Vanderbilt Health's regional hospitals, with opportunities to cover main campus, bringing high-quality care to communities across the region.

Position Highlights

  • Combination of Subspecialty & General Radiology: You'll have the chance to concentrate on your subspecialty, and you'll also broaden your skill set by interpreting a variety of imaging modalities.
  • Variety of Settings: You'll mainly provide remote services to Vanderbilt Health's regional hospitals, but at times flex remotely to main campus, allowing you to work in different settings and impact diverse patient populations.
  • Professional Development: We support your continuous learning with CME funding, for professional development, and up to 41 days for vacation, holidays, and training.
  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, substantial relocation allowance if relocating to Tennessee, and a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and professional liability insurance.
  • We anticipate the schedule to include 219 weekday shifts annually, 18 weekend day shifts per year, no overnights or call-backs. Optional internal paid moonlighting opportunities are available.
  • A home workstation will be provided.

Position Requirements

  • Fellowship training in Neuroradiology
  • MD or equivalent degree and ABR certification or eligibility
  • Eligible for a Tennessee medical license
