BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a traditional inpatient-outpatient role at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
This is a continuity-focused, panel-based practice combining outpatient primary care with inpatient rounding, ideal for physicians who value long-term patient relationships and comprehensive care.
Position Highlights (Highly Searchable) - Inpatient & Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician Role
- Traditional model - clinic + hospital rounding
- 32 patient-facing hours/week (Monday-Friday)
- 1:6 call rotation with inpatient responsibilities
- Established patient panel + ability to build your own
- Continuity of care model (no handoffs, no unfamiliar patients)
- Inpatient care contributes to wRVU productivity

Compensation & Benefits - Starting at a $300K two-year guarantee+ (based on experience level)
