40-Hours Days - 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday shift with some rotational weekend call.
Experience with Abdomen and OB/GYN imaging.
3+ years of experience in specialty.

Fit Test (N95) required within 365 days of start date and updated annually.
Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required.
MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required.
TB Test documentation required within 3 months of start date and updated if break >6 months.
Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA required within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
Two references within 4 years required for submission, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset.
Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission.
Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
Education verification through background check company required.
SSN Trace must be run with criminal check.
National Sex Offender Check run within 30 days of start and updated annually.
Exclusion Checks run within 30 days of start and annually.
Name Change Documentation required if credential documentation does not match legal name.
TB Symptom Survey if positive PPD required prior to start and updated annually.
Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility.
Beeline Attestation completed by all new applicants.
