- Schedule: Full-time need; 4 shifts per week (10-hour shifts); Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are operating days; Friday is clinic and admin day (Thursday off); Shift times 7:00am - 5:00pm; Overtime applies after 40 hours per week
- Job Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient;
- Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days;
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified only
- Licensure: Active Washington State license or IMLC.
