Wound, Burn and Ostomy Physician

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p; no call noted

Setting: Outpatient Wound Care Center

Required Skills: Comprehensive wound care and hyperbaric medicine evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management

Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible required (Internal Medicine or Surgery)

Licensure: Illinois license required; Illinois DEA and CSR required

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA)

Support: Established outpatient wound care practice with dedicated clinical resources
