100% Adult
Patient Volume:
Approximately 3-4 hospital patients per day
Trauma Level:
Not a trauma center
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide general surgery call coverage
- Evaluate and manage inpatient surgical patients
- Perform standard general surgery procedures and consultations
- Provide surgical decision-making and patient management
- Collaborate with hospital staff and clinical teams
- Complete documentation within Epic EMR

Requirements
- Board Certification in General Surgery - Required
- Active Virginia Medical License - Required
- ACLS Certification - Required
- Standard general surgery skills and procedures - Required
