Opportunity:
Physician - Cardiology
Job Details:
- Provide General Cardiology coverage including clinic, procedures, and call
- Schedule includes daytime clinic hours (7:30 AM 4:00 PM), night call shifts (5:00 PM 7:00 AM), and 24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 AM)
- Coverage involves every day with 1-2 nights of call per week and 1:4/5 weekend call rotation
- Full-time coverage needed with approximately 17-18 patients per day
- Adult patient population
- Clinic has 1 full-time physician; in lab 3 days per week
- APP support available with Interventional if doing General Cardiology
- Special procedures include nuclear reads, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions, and echo monitors
- CT reads skill preferred
- EMR: EPIC
- Practice settings include clinic and hospital
- Must be nuclear boarded and echo boarded; CT boarded is a plus
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Cardiology required
- Active PA license or IMLC required
- DEA required
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
