What You ll Do - Provide high-quality orthopedic surgical care within a multi-specialty clinic
- Conduct patient consultations, surgeries, and follow-up care
- Perform inpatient hospital procedures and collaborate with hospitalist teams
- Use Epic EMR system for documentation and management
- Participate in call rotations and weekend coverage
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including APPs, CRNA, and specialty support staff
- Engage in teaching and mentoring clinical staff and advanced practice providers
- Manage patient care in a high HPSA score area, eligible for J1 visa sponsorship
- Operate in modern facilities with advanced ORs and support services
- Ensure safety and adherence to hospital policies and professional standards
What You Need - Active Missouri medical license or eligibility
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- At least 3 years of orthopedic surgical experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care
