What You ll Do
  • Provide high-quality orthopedic surgical care within a multi-specialty clinic
  • Conduct patient consultations, surgeries, and follow-up care
  • Perform inpatient hospital procedures and collaborate with hospitalist teams
  • Use Epic EMR system for documentation and management
  • Participate in call rotations and weekend coverage
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including APPs, CRNA, and specialty support staff
  • Engage in teaching and mentoring clinical staff and advanced practice providers
  • Manage patient care in a high HPSA score area, eligible for J1 visa sponsorship
  • Operate in modern facilities with advanced ORs and support services
  • Ensure safety and adherence to hospital policies and professional standards

What You Need
  • Active Missouri medical license or eligibility
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • At least 3 years of orthopedic surgical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care
