Schedule: Immediate need August 7 (5:00a) - August 10 (5:00a); ongoing 24-hour call coverage opportunities available
Setting: Critical Access Hospital with inpatient and emergency surgical coverage
Call: 24-hour General Surgery call with a 2-hour callback response window
EMR: Epic
Required Skills: General Surgery including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and upper/lower GI endoscopy
Preferred Skills: Laparoscopic surgery, trauma management, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, chest tube placement, and central line insertion
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible required (General Surgery)
Certifications Required: ACLS, ATLS, and BLS
Credentialing: Approximately 30-60 days with temporary privileges available
Support: 24/7 CRNA coverage along with around-the-clock laboratory and imaging services
