Opportunity:

Physician - Anesthesiology


Job Details:

  • Coverage needed for the following dates: September 21-25 (2 providers), October 5-9, October 12-16 (2 providers), October 19-23 (2 providers), November 23-25, and November 23-27

  • Shift hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

  • Must be able to perform regional block (nerve block) anesthesia for a high volume of orthopedic patients

  • Anesthesiologists cover a 1:3 CRNA/room ratio

  • Coverage needed: 3-4 FTE per month

  • Patient population includes all ages

  • Special procedures include Vascular, OB/GYN, General, GI, Pediatrics, Plastics, Orthopedics, Robotics, and Urology

  • Skills required: MAC, Regional, Spinal, and Ultrasound techniques

  • Must be able to take call from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM during the week when needed

  • EMR system: Epic

  • Hospital bed size: 135 beds

  • Board Certification (BC or BE) required

  • Active Pennsylvania license required at time of presentation

  • ACLS and PALS certifications required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
