Position Details:
- Bread-and-butter General Surgery with mix of endoscopy, OR, and clinic
- Well-balanced weekly schedule:
- Endoscopy (2-3 days/week)
- OR (1 day/week)
- Clinic (1 day/week)
- Efficient, predictable days (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM) with early finishes
- Minimal call requirements (primarily by phone, if any)
Provide a wide range of surgical and procedural services, including:
- Removal of skin lesions and soft tissue tumors
- Wound care management
- Comprehensive breast care
- Hernia repair procedures
- Gallbladder (cholecystectomy) surgeries
- Upper endoscopy (EGD)
- Colonoscopies
- Appendectomies
- Diagnosis and treatment of soft tissue and gastrointestinal cancers
- Colon and rectal surgeries
Compensation and Benefits:
- $400-450k base + Productivity Incentives
