- Comprehensive Care: Manage a sophisticated case mix including 70-80% Cardiac (CABG, Mitral Repair/Replacement) and 20-30% Thoracic (Lung Resections), supported by a 13-bed dedicated CCU.
- Streamlined Operations: Efficient workflow with 30 second walk between clinic & OR & ample support staff including 2 NPs, 3 PAs, and your own dedicated MA
What You Bring - Growth Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit eager to step into a retiring surgeon's role and partner with a mid-career colleague to scale thoracic services across the region.
- Board Certification: Must be board certified or board eligible in Thoracic & Cardiac Surgery with a clean background/nothing that will prevent further credentialing/licensure
- Clinical Versatility: Proficiency in standard CABG and valve procedures, with the opportunity to utilize TAVR and robotic-assisted techniques.
The Investment in You We offer a top-tier compensation package designed to reward your expertise and ensure long-term success:
- Guaranteed Annual Earnings: Over $1MM/year - Generous base salary plus RVU production incentive
- Performance: High-value production incentive, paid quarterly.
- Paid Call: $1,500 per day after day 7 equating to an additional $12,000 monthly
- Incentives: Up to $75,000 Commencement (paid on first check) and $75,000 Student Loan Repayment
- Additional Support: $15,000 Relocation, $4,500 CME allowance, and fully covered licensure/dues.
- Total Time Off: Negotiable
