Job Description & Requirements Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $3104.00 - $3360.00 This facility is seeking aCardiothoracic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (7:00 AM7:00 AM); ongoing blocks ranging from 714 days Practice Setting: Inpatient cardiothoracic surgery at a Level I trauma center Types of Cases: Standard cardiac surgery, coronary artery bypass grafting, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation cannulation, aortic dissections, thoracic trauma surgery, inpatient and outpatient consults, hospital rounds, and cardiothoracic surgery call coverage Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications Required: Board Certification in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery; Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Drug Enforcement Administration registration highly preferred Licensure Required: Active Nebraska medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification at submission Facility Location Located in the center of the country, this dynamic Midwestern town features a rich cultural background with an abundance of things to see and do.
