Large Wheel Finisher
Location: South Holland, IL
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Assignment Type: Temp to Hire
Requirements: Authorized to work in the U.S.
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking dependable and hardworking employees to join our Large Wheel Finishing Department. This is a smaller department with opportunities to learn multiple processes and grow within the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Balancing wheels
- Buffing and finishing products
- Setting up face, drill, and ream operations
- Performing speed tests
- Re-balancing wheels
- Blowing off wheels for cleaning and inspection
- Cutting bushings
- Stone cutting triangle operations
- Following quality and safety procedures
- Assisting with general production duties as needed
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable with good attendance
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
