Battaglia Industries Inc. seeks skilled HVAC installer to join to our expanding HVAC service department. In this role, it will be your job to install our clients' HVAC systems.
The successful candidate will
- have a keen understanding of how HVAC systems work,
- be capable of using a variety of tools and techniques to ensure that our customers' HVAC systems are installed and function as efficiently as possible,
- be capable of working independently and with a sense of urgency,
- be able to learn about new equipment and installation techniques,
- have strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills and professionalism,
- be able to answer questions that our clients may have about how to utilize and maintain their HVAC system,
- be able to confidently answer question related to customers' HVAC systems,
- work safely at all times and fully comply with all relevant health and safety standards, including those specified in the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Requirements
Successful candidates must:
- have a high school diploma or its equivalent,
- possess a universal EPA certification,
- have completed an HVAC trade school or have a minimum of 3 years of field experience,
- have in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and the techniques and tools that are used to optimize them,
- have excellent problem-solving skills,
- have a valid driver's license.
