Rapidly growing HVAC company is seeking an experienced Service & Installation Technician to join our team!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Install HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings including boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, and mini-split systems
Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
Complete installations efficiently and accurately
Lead installation team to ensure overall success
Responsible for material and equipment inventory
Additional responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3-5 years in HVAC installations and service
Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems
Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
Experience in oil, natural gas, and propane systems
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Must have ability to manage projects independently as well as with a team
Safety consciousness, good attitude, high level of motivation, and ability to represent the company well to all customers is required.
