Job Summary Tampa, Florida based engineering firm looking for a self-motivated
Geotechnical Engineer (EIT or PE) possessing a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with excellent analytical and written/oral communication skills to join our team in Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Development of scope of subsurface exploration and laboratory testing programs
- Supervision of subsurface exploration
- Physical soil classification and review of laboratory results
- Geotechnical engineering analyses and design
- Preparation of geotechnical engineering reports and proposals
- Project Management
- Assist on Construction Materials Testing and Inspection Projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications - BS, MS preferred, in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
- Registered Florida Professional Engineer (PE) is a strong plus, but not required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
