Welder - Fabricator Are you a hands-on welder who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship? We're partnering with a leading manufacturer in Boaz, AL that's growing fast and adding skilled MIG Welders to their team. This is a full-time opportunity for dependable individuals who know their way around a fabrication shop and want to be part of building something big - literally. (Full-Time, Overtime Available) What You'll Be Doing - Building and welding heavy-duty steel tanks, containers, and components
- Using MIG welding to create strong, leak-free welds that meet quality standards
- Operating grinders, torches, and plasma cutters as needed to prep and finish materials
- Reading blueprints, layouts, or shop drawings to complete jobs accurately
- Working with jigs, fixtures, and other shop tools to ensure clean, consistent results
What You'll Need - 1-2 years of MIG welding experience (shop or industrial setting preferred)
- Ability to work from written instructions, blueprints, or verbal direction
- Comfortable lifting, standing, bending, and moving for 10-12 hour shifts
- Good eye for detail and a steady hand - your work will be inspected!
- Safety-first mindset and familiarity with PPE like steel-toe boots and welding gear
