Position: Industrial Electrical Technician
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Experience: At least 3 years of electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Education: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 5:00am to 5:30pm (work 36 hours, paid for 40)
ProRecruiters is seeking an Industrial Electrical Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Install, wire, and troubleshoot electrical control panels and industrial equipment.
- Work with programmable logic controllers and variable frequency drives in manufacturing systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Diagnose electrical issues and perform corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Test electrical components and systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Assist with electrical system upgrades and equipment installations.
- Maintain documentation related to electrical repairs and system performance.
Position Requirements:
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers and variable frequency drives.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical systems.
- Ability to work safely with industrial electrical equipment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to understand technical instructions in English.
