Job Title: Journeyman Electrician - Industrial
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to perform electrical installation and maintenance work in industrial settings. This role requires strong knowledge of power distribution systems, conduit installation, wire pulling, and field terminations. A minimum of five years of hands-on industrial electrical experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems
- Perform power distribution work, including panels, switchgear, and transformers
- Bend and install conduit (EMT, rigid, IMC) per specifications and code
- Pull, route, and secure electrical wiring and cables
- Make accurate field terminations on panels, equipment, and devices
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and layouts
- Adhere to all safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and job-site requirements
- Work independently or as part of a team on active job sites
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience
- Strong experience with power distribution systems
- Proficient in conduit bending, wire pulling, and terminations
- Ability to work on-site in industrial environments
- Knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices
