LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee attorney staffing and workload allocation across matters, aligning assignments with experience and development goals
Manage cross-office workflow to ensure coverage and continuity
Support onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives
Drive departmental strategy execution and reporting for leadership
Provide operational support including meeting coordination and firm initiatives
Contribute to business development efforts (pitches, RFPs, events)
Manage and develop paralegals and technology specialists, including performance and staffing
Promote collaboration and strong relationships across teams
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
