Physician Assistant - Cardiothoracic Surgery / Cardiovascular Institute (CT Surgery/CVI)

Locum Tenens

$110-$130/hour

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
️ 5 days/week
️ 8-hour shifts

• 4 days/week: Inpatient + Surgery coverage
• 1 day/week: Outpatient clinic coverage
  

Combination of:

• Inpatient Hospital Setting
• Operating Room
• Outpatient Clinic

The provider will support the Cardiovascular & Cardiothoracic Surgery team with a mix of surgical and inpatient responsibilities, including:

• First assist in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgical procedures
• Pre-op and post-op patient management
• Inpatient rounding and consultations
• ICU/floor patient management
• Vein harvesting and surgical support experience preferred
• Outpatient follow-up visits and clinic support
• Collaboration with surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams

Board Certified Physician Assistant
Active Pennsylvania PA License
Active DEA License
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification
CT Surgery / CVI experience preferred

Consistent weekday schedule
Mix of OR, inpatient, and clinic exposure
Strong cardiovascular surgery team environment
Ongoing coverage need with stable schedule
