Base Salary:$150,000 - $250,000 base salary, with potential for commission on cases

About the Firm: Join a boutique personal injury firm in Torrance, CA, focused on representing clients in high-value civil litigation. The team is small but highly skilled, offering a supportive environment, hands-on mentorship, and exposure to complex cases. This is a full-time, in-office role with flexibility for a hybrid schedule for the right candidate.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated attorney with 2-10 years of experience in plaintiff-side civil litigation. You will manage a caseload of 15-20 high quality/value cases while gaining exposure to all aspects of litigation, including trial work. Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of 15-20 litigation files
Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents
Handle discovery and motion practice
Take and defend depositions
Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials
Maintain consistent client communication
Supervise and direct paralegals and legal support staff
Perform other litigation-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:

2-10 years of experience in plaintiff-side civil personal injury litigation
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active California Bar membership in good standing
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple cases independently while collaborating with the team
