A well-established, growing boutique law firm is seeking an Estate Planning & Elder Law Attorney to join its collaborative team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a junior attorney looking for mentorship, flexibility, and meaningful client work in a practice focused on helping individuals and families protect their futures.

Responsibilities:

Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
Advise clients on estate planning, probate, elder law, and asset protection matters.
Handle probate and trust administration cases.
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service.
Participate in educational workshops and client presentations as needed.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school with Active Bar license
0+ years of legal experience
Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Trusts & Estates, Real Estate, Tax, Business Transactions, or other transferable transactional experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for client counseling and relationship building

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
