Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in X-Ray and CT imaging procedures.
  • ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography.
  • Valid Arizona State License.
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and patient positioning.
  • Ability to operate advanced imaging equipment including Siemens Definition Edge, AGFA XR, Siemens Mobilette portable, and AGFA portable systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in high-pressure settings.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with stroke and spinal cord compression imaging.
  • Prior experience working in a hospital setting with a 24/7 schedule.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing patient interactions.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) credential or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent radiology imaging experience.
  • Prior experience working in a busy medical facility utilizing the specified equipment.

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work a 7-on, 7-off shift schedule, including mid-shifts from Friday 8:00 AM 10:30 PM, Saturday-Sunday 8:00 AM 9:30 PM, and Monday-Thursday 11:00 AM 9:30 PM.
  • On-call responsibilities after shift hours, primarily for strokes and spinal cord compression cases.
  • Flexibility to respond promptly to emergencies and urgent imaging needs.
  • Valid licensure and certification must be maintained throughout employment.
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety and procedural guidelines set by the facility.
