May have done residency in either PM&R or Anesthesia with a fellowship in Interventional Pain Competitive first year base comp (mid 400's probably including a signing bonus) and then production-based comp with take-home pay likely higher than first year comp.Ability to buy into local Ambulatory Surgery Center There will be ASC ownership opportunities for both sites.
