  • Pay Rate: Salary Based on Experience

  • Schedule: Dates: ASAP - Permanent
    • Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
    • Call is 1 week at a time, approximately 3x/year
  • Assignment: Outpatient
    • Average 18-25 patients/day
    • EMR: Sage/Intergy
