The Treatment Planning Platform should be finalized by the Radiation Oncologist based on the clinical workflow and compatibility with the Varian CLINAC iX. The Oncology Management System should also be determined by the physician (and oncology leadership team) to ensure it aligns with treatment delivery, scheduling, documentation, and reporting. The Tumor Board is typically established by the cancer physicians.
