  • Hours: 4-Day Work Weeks Monday - Friday No Evenings

  • Average Patients seen: Daily patient volume is adjusted based on acuity and visit type to support quality care
  • Call Schedule: Averages 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 5-6 weeks, phone call only with nurse triage

  • Compensation: Base salary starts at $255,000 + incentive plan
