Schedule: July call, July 18 full coverage clinic, rounding, operating room, call
Practice Setting: Hospital and clinic
Types of Cases: typical endovascular and open procedures, trauma
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
Certifications Required: must be board certified or truly board eligible
Licensure Required: must have a Texas license
