What You ll Do
  • Provide specialized orthopaedic trauma care for patients in an acute setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Perform surgical procedures and post-operative management
  • Document patient care accurately and comprehensively
  • Contribute to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support mentoring and education for junior staff, if applicable
What You Need
  • Valid Washington State Medical License and Orthopaedic Surgeon Certification
  • Minimum of specify years of experience in orthopaedic trauma
  • Strong clinical skills in trauma surgery, including fracture management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
