Practice Details
  • IPA Area Medical Director in Northeast Florida
  • Hybrid role:
    • Working from home
    • Working at clinical practice
    • Making visits to locations (IPA affiliated practices)
  • Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
  • Minimum of five years experience in primary care or VBC
  • Three years experience leading clinicians
  • Develop relationships with IPA physician groups
  • Leading clinical strategy for IPA performance
  • Coaching, education and performance feedback
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary in the range of $325,000 - $365,000
  • Annual bonus incentive plan
