Otolaryngology Upper Midwest Education Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited program Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice Practice Overview: Join an established, growing, and clinician-led team Work alongside three Otolaryngologists, three Advanced Practice Providers, three Audiologists, and a full-time Allergy Nurse Access a strong, built-in primary care referral base from over 20 regional centers Schedule and Volume: Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Clinic volume: 22 to 27 patients per day Call schedule: 1:5 rotation Surgical volume: Average of 40 surgeries per physician per month with dedicated weekly block time Inpatient volume: Average of 0 to 3 patients per week Optional trauma call available Hospital and Facilities: 5-Star CMS rated hospital for quality Leve
