Structural heart, TAVRs and Watchman experienced training is necessary. Incorporate peripheral vascular interventions. New visits / year are 500 and 1800 follow-ups. New physician can expect about 50 consults. Once fully ramped expect to see 25 to 30 patents a day 2 days a week which equates to about 90 to 100 per week. The STEMNI/Unreferred coverage is 1:3 - 10 days / month. The incoming physician will typically spend 50 % of their time in the Cath lab, 10 % in consults and 40 % in the clinic.
