Cleveland Ohio Maintenance Technician $21hr

A management company is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for an immediate position. You will perform basic dry wall, carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical repairs. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; occasional on-call or weekend hours may be required.

Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have experience in multi-family homes or small to medium apartment maintenance, must have a basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair knowledge, must have basic tools, and must have own reliable transportation with a valid drivers license. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
