Job Description: Commercial Litigation Attorney (Remote - Los Angeles, CA)
Firm will hire Associate up to Lateral Partner-
Location: Los Angeles, California (Remote)
Compensation: $130,000 - $275,000 base salary + bonus
Annual Hours Expectation: 1,900

About the Role: Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm, is seeking Commercial Litigation Attorneys to join its Los Angeles-based team in a fully remote capacity. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who enjoy handling sophisticated litigation matters, working directly with clients, and collaborating across a national platform. Attorneys will manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes while benefiting from a flexible work environment, strong internal resources, and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
Collaborate with attorneys across offices on complex litigation matters
Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Licensed and admitted to practice in California (required)
Experience in commercial litigation preferred; all experience levels encouraged to apply
Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Trial experience preferred but not required
