What You'll Work On
You'll represent a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, financial institutions, homebuilders, property owners, contractors, and public entities in a wide range of complex commercial real estate matters, including:
Commercial acquisitions and dispositions
Purchase and sale transactions
Leasing and financing
Real estate development
Asset management
Due diligence
Commercial lending and secured transactions
Strategic counseling throughout all phases of the real estate lifecycle
While the firm's real estate litigators and transactional attorneys collaborate closely, this position is primarily focused on sophisticated transactional work.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Experience with commercial acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
A desire to build long-term client relationships and grow within a respected practice

Compensation
