Job Description: Title: Real Estate Litigation/Banking Litigation Attorney
Location: Walnut Creek/Irvine/Sacramento, CA (Any location is fine - Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload involving real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Handle disputes involving commercial and residential real estate, breach of contract, landlord-tenant issues, title disputes, easement and boundary disputes, partition actions, construction-related claims, and foreclosure litigation.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in real estate litigation or banking litigation, or a related practice area.
Active license and good standing with the California State Bar.
Experience handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000-$230,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
