Key Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment failuresDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and system issuesService and maintain equipment including chillers, RTUs, VAVs, boilers, and controlsCollaborate with experienced technicians to continuously improve your skillsAccurately document service work and system conditions Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, system reliability, and operational performance.
