Job Description & Requirements Part-Time ENT in MN StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $265000.00 - $265000.00 A community health system in central Minnesota is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to establish and grow its surgical ENT program. Join an established ENT physician focused on allergy and sleep medicine while building a dedicated surgical practice with significant existing demand and the opportunity to recapture surgical volume currently leaving the community. Position Highlights Employed position Part-time schedule: 2 days per week Approximately 1.5 days of clinic 0.5 day dedicated to surgery/procedures No call, nights, or weekends Opportunity to build and grow a dedicated surgical ENT practice Work alongside an established ENT physician specializing in allergy and sleep medicine Immediate surgical volume with an estimated 1015 surgeries/procedures per month Strong referral base with surgical patients currently being referred outside the community Modern clinic with dedicated exam rooms and room for future growth Full support staff including scheduling, billing, nursing, imaging, laboratory services, and hospitalist support Compensation & Benefits $265,000 annualized base salary Annual 5% performance bonus $5,000 CME allowance Comprehensive benefits package Retirement plan Paid Time Away from Practice (TAP) Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Comfortable performing the full scope of surgical ENT procedures Interest in helping grow and expand a community-based surgical practice Collaborative physician who enjoys working closely with colleagues Visa sponsorship not available Live & Practice in Minnesota Enjoy an outstanding quality of life in a welcoming community located less than an hour from the Twin Cities.
