PA/NP Opportunity in Mill City, OR

You're stepping into a full-time Advanced Practice Provider role designed for clinicians who enjoy relationship-based primary care with the support of a larger health system. This is a PA/NP position focused on outpatient Primary Care/Internal Medicine in a close-knit community setting. Practice Overview

  • You'll join a community-based outpatient clinic backed by a respected not-for-profit hospital and multi-clinic network
  • Full-spectrum primary care/Internal Medicine mix: acute visits, chronic disease management, and continuity panel building
  • Supported by MA staff plus behavioral health clinicians and community health workers; collaborative physician coverage
  • Minimal call structure with nursing triage after hours; call shared among APPs

Schedule

  • Full-time, salary-based: 40 hours/week with 36 hours of patient care plus dedicated admin time
  • Monday-Friday clinic hours (7:00a-5:00p) with no weekend clinic
  • Typical daily volume: 18-20 patients
  • Call is light-approximately once per quarter

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting at $150,000 plus a $20,000 rural location stipend
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements

  • NP or PA with an active Oregon license and current DEA
  • At least 2+ years of clinical experience (primary care experience preferred)
  • Comfort managing common outpatient IM/primary care conditions across a wide age range
  • No visa sponsorship available
