What You ll Do
- Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care primarily (95%), with some hospital consultations (5%)
- Manage an average of 22 patient visits per day, including new consults
- Document patient encounters efficiently using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education
- Support the transition from locum to permanent employment, if desired
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
What You Need
- Active Kentucky medical license or eligibility
- Board certification or eligibility in Hematology & Oncology
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
