About the Position - Full-time Dental Director opportunity
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry while serving as the clinical leader for the dental department
- Supervise and mentor dentists, hygienists, assistants, and support staff
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, quality assurance initiatives, and performance improvement programs
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medi-Cal, OSHA, HRSA, and other applicable standards
- Oversee infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical best practices
- Collaborate with executive leadership and other department managers to improve patient care and operational efficiency
- Deliver a full scope of general dentistry, including:
- Comprehensive exams
- Preventive care
- Restorative dentistry
- Extractions
- Endodontics (root canals)
- Crowns and bridges
- Periodontal treatment
- Digital radiograph interpretation
- Follow-up and continuing care

Qualifications - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active California dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits - Salary: $190,000 $215,000
