We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Metal Finishing Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production equipment, prepare and process metal parts through anodizing, electropolishing, passivation, polishing, and finishing processes while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
Operate anodizing, electropolishing, passivation, and metal finishing equipment.
Load, rack, unload, inspect, and package parts according to customer specifications.
Read work orders, process instructions, and basic blueprints.
Monitor production equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
Document production and inspection results accurately.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Follow ISO quality standards and all safety procedures.
Wear required PPE at all times.
Assist with material handling and transport parts between departments.
Perform basic preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Experience operating production equipment is a plus.
Ability to read measuring tools and follow work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequently bend, reach, squat, and lift.
Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels.
